Welcome to Lincoln County CDC

Lincoln County Community Development Corporation (Corporation) is a nonprofit organization organized on February 6, 1996, to promote and provide affordable housing and housing assistance for low-to-moderate income individuals and families in Lincoln County, Nebraska.  These objectives are to be reached through the construction, rehabilitation, purchase and operation of low-to-moderate income housing that provide affordable home-ownership and rentals for low-to-moderate income people that live in Lincoln County.

LCCDC provides affordable housing to residents of Lincoln County, Nebraska.  Since our incorporation in 1996, Lincoln County Community Development Corporation has provided 254 affordable housing units to residents of Lincoln County, Nebraska and new projects are currently under construction.  We continue to work with local contractors and local banks to ensure the right of our clients are respected.
